We are able to see minors in certain states where permitted by law. In those states in which we can provide minor care, we require the following documentation at registration:

  • Parent/guardian consent

  • Letter of mental health readiness

  • Custody paperwork, if applicable

A parent or guardian must also be present during minor visits.
