How to Transfer Care to True U Clinic
Already on hormone therapy and want to switch to True U? We make it simple — no two-visit “start from scratch” process here.
Step 1: Book a Transfer Visit
Choose a provider and book online. In the notes, mention that you're transferring care.
Step 2: Submit Records (Optional)
If you have recent labs or a treatment summary from your previous provider, great! You can upload them through our portal. If not, no problem — we’ll order new labs if needed.
Step 3: Meet Your Provider
During your virtual visit, we’ll review your history and goals, and design a plan that picks up right where you left off. We aim for continuity, not disruption.
Step 4: Keep Going
Once your transfer visit is complete, we’ll send in your prescription and get you set up for your next check-in.
