• Have access to a stable internet connection and a device that supports video conferencing.

• Agree to these Terms and comply with all applicable laws.

However, the information provided on our website, via telehealth consultations, or in any other communication is for informational purposes only and should not replace in-person medical care when necessary. 4. Telehealth Consultations

By using True U Clinic’s telehealth services, you understand and agree that:

• You will receive healthcare services via telemedicine, which may include video, audio, or electronic communication.
