How Virtual Lab Work Works
Yes — you can get your hormone therapy bloodwork done without leaving your state or even your home.
At True U, we offer three flexible lab options:
1. LabCorp (Insurance or Self-Pay)
You can schedule your blood draw at any nearby LabCorp location. Use your insurance or pay $99 through us.
2. Mobile Phlebotomy (Self-Pay)
Prefer to stay home? A licensed technician can draw your blood in your own space. This service is $99 + $99 for labs.
3. Walk-In Clinic (Self-Pay or Insurance)
If you prefer a local clinic, we’ll ship you the lab supplies and instructions for them to draw your blood. Same $99 fee applies for self-pay labs.
What’s Included in Labs?
We check hormone levels, liver function, and other indicators to ensure you’re safely starting or continuing hormone therapy.
💡 Tip: Lab results typically come back in 2–3 business days. Once they’re reviewed by your provider, prescriptions can be sent out right away.
